5triage labels: urgent, sales, support, FAQ, spam
3reply modes: Approve, Auto and Off
1channel current: the web chat widget. Others are coming soon or coming
3draft plans, from A$149 per month

Easy setup in minutes

Three simple steps. You stay in control the whole way.

  1. Tell us about your business

Add your details and FAQs, or import them from your website. Coming Website auto-import is planned and not built yet, so for now you add details and FAQs yourself.

  2. Pick your tone and connect a channel

Choose how your agent sounds, then connect a channel. Web chat is current. Other channels are marked on this page.

  3. Test it, then go live with your approval

Try it first. Nothing goes live until you approve it.

Coming Guided in-app setup is planned and not built yet.

Done-for-you onboarding

Prefer not to set it up yourself? We can do it with you: knowledge base setup, rules, channel connection and widget install.

This includes health and regulated onboarding, with training, setup and guardrails. Arke Bot does not diagnose or give medical advice, and passes those questions to your staff.

How it works

  1. Teach it your business

Add your FAQs and documents. The agent only answers from what you give it, and says "I'm not sure, I'll get someone" when it cannot find an answer.

  2. Connect your channels

Start with the web chat widget. SMS, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp are built or planned and need accounts first. One inbox shows every conversation across channels.

  3. Triage and flag

Every message is labelled urgent, sales, support, FAQ or spam. Urgent ones alert you straight away.

  4. You stay in control

New accounts start in Approve mode: a draft waits for your tap. Later you can let it auto-reply to FAQ answers that pass the safety checks, or switch a channel off.

  • Talk to a person is offered on every reply, and the bot pauses on that conversation.
  • Every message, draft, approval and rule change is recorded in an audit log.
  • The agent talks only about your business and politely declines off-topic requests.

Channels

Meet customers where they already message you. Each channel is marked Current, Coming soon (built, needs accounts) or Coming (planned). Pick one to see where it stands.

Who it is for

Arke Bot is built for small businesses with steady customer enquiries and nobody on the front desk at night: trades, property managers, beauty and hair, tourism and accommodation, gyms and local retail.

No industry is excluded.

Health and regulated onboarding. Health and regulated businesses are welcome and can use Arke Bot with training, setup and guardrails. Arke Bot does not diagnose or give medical advice, passes those questions to your staff, and customers are asked not to share health or payment details in chat.

FAQ

Is this a general chatbot?

No. Each agent belongs to one business and only talks about that business. It politely declines anything off-topic.

Will it send replies without my approval?

Not by default. New accounts start in Approve mode, where every draft waits for you. Auto mode is optional and applies only to FAQ answers that pass the safety checks.

Am I talking to a person or AI?

Replies may be drafted or sent by AI under the business's rules. Customers can ask to talk to a person at any time.

What if it does not know the answer?

It says it is not sure and passes the conversation to you, rather than guessing.

Can I use it for a health or regulated business?

Yes, with no industry exclusions. Health and regulated businesses are welcome through our onboarding, which includes training, setup and guardrails. Arke Bot does not diagnose or give medical advice, hands those questions to your staff, and customers are asked not to share health or payment details in chat.

Where is my data kept?

The database is hosted in Sydney. The AI service is provided overseas, which our privacy policy will state once it is finalised.

Which channels work today?

The web chat widget is current. SMS, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp are built and need accounts connected, so they are coming soon. Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat and other team and private chats are coming.

Can it live in our team chat?

That is planned (coming). It would work in group chats and direct messages on tools such as Slack, Teams and Google Chat, and in groups it replies only when mentioned.

What is the difference between Public and Private?

Public is customer-facing and answers from approved knowledge only. Private is an internal team assistant with staff sign-in, roles and audit, and it is coming.

Can my own AI helpers train it?

A training API is coming. It lets your own AI helpers draft and test changes, and only you can approve what goes live.

Are the prices final?

No. The pricing shown is a draft and to confirm. Pilot pricing is on request, and Private pricing is coming.
