For Gold Coast and South East Queensland businesses
Arke Bot answers your customers from your own knowledge base, flags the urgent ones, hands over to a person on request and logs every conversation as a ticket. It never sends anything you have not approved, until you choose otherwise.

Add your FAQs and documents. The agent only answers from what you give it, and says "I'm not sure, I'll get someone" when it cannot find an answer.
Start with web chat and SMS. One inbox shows every conversation across channels.
Every message is labelled urgent, sales, support, FAQ or spam. Urgent ones alert you straight away.
New accounts start in Approve mode: a draft waits for your tap. Later you can let it auto-reply to FAQ answers that pass the safety checks, or switch a channel off.
Meet customers where they already message you.

Replies may be drafted or sent by AI under the business's rules. Customers can ask to talk to a person at any time.
It says it is not sure and passes the conversation to you, rather than guessing.
